The COVID-19 LIST

So great to see that the Family and Federal Circuit Court are moving quickly to address the critical social needs arising from COVID-19. There is now a fast-tracked court list that is being administered nationally for URGENT matters. Family law and social relationships impacts everyone in society. For too long our governments have not given our judges, courts and court officers the funding, consideration and resources needed. Legal practitioners are forever facing well-deserved complaints from clients about delays suffered as a result.
